200g Low fat yoghurt
 
 ...such as nuts, yogurt or low-fat cheese during mid-morning and mid-afternoon – help you avoid overeating at lunch or dinner time
 
TIP: Have frequent small meals: Reduced meal portions, eaten frequently throughout the day, help you prevent energy slumps and unhealthy snack cravings.

Hydration

Ensure a regular intake of fluids to stay properly hydrated.

 

TIP: Have 1L of water per 25kg of weight. If exercising, an aditional 1L per 30 mins of exercise.

It is even more important to drink water before, during and after exercise. Even low-intensity exercise requires you to be well-hydrated.

 

E.g A 75kg lady who exercises for one hour should be consuming 5L of water.

 

 

Snack

2 Herbalife protein cookies-

Recipe- 

1 cup almond meal

1 egg

5 scoops Formula one nutrional shake

Handful Dark chocolate chips

Bake for 10 mins (Makes 12)

 

 

Guide:
Weight loss-
